We are impressed with owners/managers Paul and Ann, they are very caring and approachable and respond quickly to issues. The units are well designed, comfortable and built with quality and there is attention to detail; the heating/cooling/air exchange systems are very effective and whisper quiet with stainless appliances including a even a gas stove; each bedroom has its own full bath with a generous walk in closets, washer/dryers are high end units as are the furnace/AC units. All are 2 bedrooms and the only difference is wanting upstairs or ground level unit; we wished the garages were doubles instead of single stall but that was not a deal breaker, there is extra limited parking available. Overall a much better value the money compared to other places in the area and situated in a good location convenient and close to everything.
